Please be advised that any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full service rate. 

Massage Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Massage Gift Vouchers ("Gift Voucher") issued by The Organic Day Spa (ABN: 1885 8332 040). By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.

1. Validity Period

  • All Massage Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified or required by law.

  • The expiry date will be clearly stated on the Gift Voucher.

  • Expired Gift Vouchers will not be accepted, and any unused balance at the expiry date will be forfeited.

2. Redemption

  • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for massage services offered by The Organic Day Spa at Location or Online Booking Platform.

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred, except as required by law.

  • Vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please mention your Gift Voucher when booking.

  • You must present the original voucher (physical or digital) at the time of the appointment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment booked using a Gift Voucher.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice or non-attendance may result in the forfeiture of the Gift Voucher.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed, except as required by law.

  • You are responsible for the safe keeping of your Gift Voucher.

5. Change and Partial Redemption

  • If the total cost of the service is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, any remaining balance may be used towards future appointments within the validity period.

  • No cash change will be given for any unused portion of the voucher.

6. Refunds

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If a service purchased using a Gift Voucher is cancelled by us (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the value will remain on the voucher for future use.

7. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

  • These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Where services are not provided with acceptable care and skill, are unfit for purpose, or not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL.

8. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such amendments do not affect the validity period or your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Consent of treatment

Massage practitioners do not diagnose illness, diseases or any physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or perform spinal manipulations. Massage is not a substitute for a medical examination or diagnosis and it is recommended to see a primary health care provider for that service. Upon treatment you are required to state all known medical conditions and will take responsibility for alerting the therapist of any changes to your health status, medications and therapies before the session. You must advise the therapist of any perceived changes resulting from your massage therapy session as soon as you become aware of them.

 

No sexual activities, comments or innuendo will be tolerated. The therapist reserves the right to refuse services at their discretion based upon the clients' conditions, therapist's skill set, client's attitude or action etc. without explanation or prior notice.

 

48 hours' notice is required if you wish to change or cancel your scheduled appointment. A 100% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. This also applies for no show clients.
